Concerts in Tokyo and Nagoya

On 1 August, Pietari Inkinen returns to Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall to make his debut with the Kioi Hall Chamber Orchestra Tokyo. The following day, the same programme will be performed in Nagoya as part of the celebrations marking the reopening of Shirakawa Hall.

The programme brings together Sibelius’s Karelia Overture and Seventh Symphony with Mahler’s Fourth Symphony. Soprano Mandy Fredrich joins the orchestra for the symphony’s final movement.

Pietari Inkinen conducts Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra and Tabea Zimmermann

Pietari Inkinen will conduct three concerts with the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra at this year’s Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, with performances in Elmshorn, Rendsburg and Büdelsdorf on 17 and 18 July 2026.

Pietari Inkinen returns to the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie for two festival-opening concerts with music by Jean Sibelius and Gustav Mahler.

May concerts in Finland and Portugal
