“Magical Works” with Deutsche Radio Philharmonie

On December 17, Pietari Inkinen conducts the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie in a sold-out concert at the Congresshalle Saarbrücken. The program includes Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3 “Eroica”, Dukas’s “L’apprenti sorcier and Debussy’s “La mer”. In addition, actor Hartmut Volle recites Goethe’s “Der Zauberlehrling”. The concert is broadcast live at 11am Central European Time on SR 2 KulturRadio. Additionally, a private concert with the same program will be telecast on January 7 at 8:00am Central European Time on SR and SWR.

Mahler’s 3rd Symphony in Copenhagen

Pietari Inkinen makes his debut with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra on June 1, 2024. Replacing Michael Tilson Thomas, who has withdrawn from this concert for health reasons, Pietari conducts Mahler's Symphony No. 3 with mezzo-soprano Alice Coote. The one-off concert takes place at the Concerthuset Copenhagen.

Mahler’s Symphony No. 3 in Seoul

On May 26, Pietari Inkinen returns to Seoul and the KBS Symphony Orchestra to conduct Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 3. Okka von der Damerau is the soloist of this one-off concert at the Seoul Arts Center.

Strauss Concerts with DRP and Krassimira Stoyanova

The Deutsche Radio Philharmonie and soprano Krassimira Stoyanova will be performing an all-Strauss program led by Pietari Inkinen on May 10 and 12. The May 10 concert will take place at the Rosengarten in Mannheim, the one on May 12 at the Congresshalle Saarbrücken. On the program are the tone poems Don Juan and Till Eulenspiegels lustige Streiche as well as the following Strauss songs: the song cycle Vier letzte Lieder, Zueignung, Waldseligkeit and Morgen.
