Pietari Inkinen returns to KBS Symphony Orchestra
On 10 September 2026, Pietari Inkinen returns to the KBS Symphony Orchestra for the orchestra’s 830th Subscription Concert at Lotte Concert Hall in Seoul. The concert marks another reunion with the orchestra he served as Music Director until 2024.
The programme opens with Sibelius’s Pohjola’s Daughter, followed by Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with Boris Giltburg as soloist. After the interval, Inkinen conducts two further works by Sibelius: Symphonies Nos. 6 and 7.

Concerts in Tokyo and Nagoya
On 1 August, Pietari Inkinen returns to Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall to make his debut with the Kioi Hall Chamber Orchestra Tokyo. The following day, the same programme will be performed in Nagoya as part of the celebrations marking the reopening of Shirakawa Hall.
