800TH KBS SYMPHONY SUBSCRIPTION CONCERT WITH SUMI JO & BOMSORI KIM

On March 28 and 29, Pietari Inkinen will team up with iconic soprano Sumi Jo and famed violinist Bomsori Kim leading the KBS Symphony Orchestra in concerts at the KBS Hall and Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall.

The Korean star soprano will sing “Chacun le sait” from Donizetti’s La fille du régiment, while Bomsori Kim will play Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto. Pietari Inkinen and the KBS Symphony Orchestra will also perform “Feste romane”, “Le fontane di Roma” and “I pini di Roma” by Ottorino Respighi in the second part.

With these concerts, the KBS Symphony Orchestra is celebrating its 800th Subscription Concert and the 140th anniversary of Korean Italian diplomatic relations.

March 2026 Concerts in Japan

In March 2026, Pietari Inkinen returns to Japan for a series of concerts with four leading orchestras across the country. The tour includes performances in Hiroshima, Nishinomiya, Tokyo and Maebashi and features collaborations with pianist Kit Armstrong and cellist Yō Kitamura in programs ranging from Sibelius and Brahms to Prokofiev, Ravel and Beethoven.
