Concerts with Augustin Hadelich and the DRP

On February 14 and 16, Pietari Inkinen joins forces with the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie and violinist Augustin Hadelich for two performances featuring a captivating program. The first concert takes place at the Congresshalle Saarbrücken, with a live broadcast on SR 2 KulturRadio at 8 p.m. CET, followed by a second performance on Sunday at the Alte Oper Frankfurt.

The program showcases Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto, performed by Augustin Hadelich, whose interpretation of the piece is internationally celebrated. Also on the program are Rachmaninoff’s symphonic poem Isle of the Dead and excerpts from Prokofiev’s ballet Romeo and Juliet, bringing the evening to a dramatic close.

Pietari Inkinen first performed with Augustin Hadelich in November 2023 in concerts with the Cleveland Orchestra, where the acclaimed violinist also played Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto.

March 2026 Concerts in Japan
