Bruckner’s 5th Symphony in Salzburg
Pietari Inkinen and the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie are back at the Großes Festspielhaus in Salzburg, this time to perform Bruckner’s Symphony No. 5. The guest performance on October 17 is part of a series of three concerts at the Festspielhaus featuring Bruckner’s 4th, 5th and 6th Symphonies, played by different orchestras on the occasion of the composer’s 200th anniversary.
The DRP and Pietari Inkinen are regular guests in Salzburg and return after their successful concerts in 2023 featuring Smetana, Sibelius, Liszt and Dvořák’s.

Pietari Inkinen returns to the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra in August for two programmes in Wellington, Auckland and Hamilton.
Concerts in Tokyo and Nagoya
On 1 August, Pietari Inkinen returns to Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall to make his debut with the Kioi Hall Chamber Orchestra Tokyo. The following day, the same programme will be performed in Nagoya as part of the celebrations marking the reopening of Shirakawa Hall.

Pietari Inkinen will conduct three concerts with the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra at this year’s Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, with performances in Elmshorn, Rendsburg and Büdelsdorf on 17 and 18 July 2026.
